Terms of service

Please take your time to read our terms of service. Customers are deemed to have read,
understood and agreed to these terms of service upon making a deposit or payment of
any kind.

In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning :
“The company” means DunsinCraft Collection Limited (Otherwise known as and called
“DCC”).
“Customer” means the customer of the company.
“Contract” means any agreement for the sale of goods by the company to the customer
for which the customer has made full payment.

Payment is taken at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without
payment. Customers who elect to pay by instalments, are allowed to make a 70% upfront
payment, 30% balance shall be completed before delivery..

Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of the customer’s choosing and the company will
attempt to comply with the customer’s selection. Carriage will be at cost to the customer
and forms part of the invoice where necessary. The company aims to dispatch goods
within one (1) working day. Intrastate customers shall please allow a minimum of three
(3) working days to report to the business any outstanding orders, five (5) working days
for interstate customers, and sixty (60) working days for international customers.

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any sale items unless proven faulty.
Defects detected in fulfilled orders must be reported to the company within 48 hours.
Where defect is established to arise from the company, corrections shall be made by the
company at no additional cost to the customer. Where defect cannot be reasonably
rectified, customer is entitled to a refund of 20% of total value of the transaction within a
period of 3 months. Defects for which the customer is either wholly or partly responsible
by reason of wrong selection of design, size, colour shall not be eligible for a refund.

Requests for private labelling is completed by our third party affiliates.
Where a customer requires logos, printing, embossments or any other form of
customization, private labelling attracts an additional cost of 30% of the total value of each
transaction which is payable upfront or instalment prior to delivery.

Claims arising from damage or wrong application of specifications must be made in
writing to the company within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. The company shall be
afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the
customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by the company promptly return any
of the goods subject of any claim and any packing materials, shall be securely packaged
and returned to the company for examination within 48 hours.
Due to the nature of materials, merchandise produced to specification may vary in size,
shade, colours, or design. No liability shall inure to the company on the basis of this.
Customers shall allow margins of error of up to 0.1 to 2 inches measurement in sizes of
ordered merchandise.
Company employs the reasonable standard in evaluating claims. The reasonable standard entails that goods ordered and supplied must meet industry minimum standards.
Goods which meet the industry minimum standards shall not be eligible for a refund.

A) If the customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have
been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, the company shall at its option
and where liable, replace them with similar goods, or allow the customer credit for their
invoice value.
B) If the customer establishes that any of the goods are defective and such defect
emanates from company, the company shall, at its option replace them with similar goods
or allow the customer credit for their invoice value.
C) In no circumstances shall the liability of the company to the customer under this
condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
D) Company shall not liable for any printing, colour, shade, font defects, or otherwise
arising from customization.

Customers have the discretion to present custom designs to the company for production.
Company offers complete intellectual property protection on disclosed designs. Custom
designs shall attract additional 5% of total transaction fee. Where customer requires the
company to generate a new and custom design for customer, Brainstorming process shall
attract an additional 2% fee.

The company does not offer direct customization services. All customization services are
handled by third party affiliates and charges apply on a case-by-case basis. Customers
shall proceed at their own risk. Company employs its very best efforts to supervise and
ensure quality. The company does not accept liability for customization of any form.
Defects arising from customization are not eligible for a refund. Customers reserve the
right to outsource customization to any company of their choice after delivery.
